Today I learned why we see moving patterns specifically from/within nature. Drugs can cause them as well as plants blowing in the wind with their mesmerzing shape. It's to do juss that, mesmerize us and turn off our default mode network. This is why repeating mantra works so well in meditation. Gets us out of our default mode (our ego) and into primal awareness. 'clamping and funneling' is what the youtuber called it
